Meet The Faces Behind Pa'Picar Miami

A passion for hospitality and food brought Nick and Giselle together their senior year of high school. Their love story began in the kitchen after joining the school’s culinary program. What more can you expect from a couple who loves cheese then a cheesy love story? After being together, they discovered that they both share a passion for entertaining and crowd-pleasing, so they decided to share it with the rest of Miami. They hope that everyone is ready Pa’ Picar!

Meet Giselle

The mastermind behind the boards that are sometimes too pretty to eat. Nick was part of the culinary team in high school and proceeded to follow his love for the kitchen by attending The Culinary Institute of America in NY. Like a true Miami boy, he decided to come back home and continue his culinary endeavors working at Barton G. in South Beach. After a few years in the industry, he realized his love for cooking was more of a hobby and decided to study business management at FIU. He has never fully abandoned the kitchen but he’s very excited about being able to use his skills to make your gatherings extra special.

Favorite Cheese: Gorgonzola

The brains behind the business! Giselle discovered her love for startups after competing in a business competition during her freshman year of high school. She then participated in a similar competition focusing on restaurant management that led her to become involved with the school's culinary team where she became the Team Manager. She helped organize various catering and fundraising events. She decided to fuel her passion for business and attended FIU. Like a true entrepreneur, Giselle siempre esta inventando and takes any opportunity to let her creativity flow. She has a passion for event planning, crafting and of course, is a foodie! Giselle is excited to bring Pa’ Picar Miami to you to help give your event that picture-perfect touch. Favorite Cheese: Brie
